Terms and Conditions

Dear customers,
sardasolemare provides you on the website Holiday Rentals. These are the terms and conditions:

1. Legal basis and status of sardasolemare

1.1. sardasolemare is acting on behalf of the owners'apartment as a mediator as representative of the owner.
1.2. The contract falls under Italian right.

2. Reservations

You can reserve via email, fax or by post. We will confirm as soon as possible by electronic mail.

3. Prices and payments

3.1. The prices includes the charges for the use of the flat, including gas, energy and water consumption. Any additional expenses (such as cleaning, bed linen) are charged to the customer.
3.2. In order to confirm a booking you need to make an advance payment of 20% of the total cost of the booking this needs to be received within 7 days.
3.3. If the Deposit is not paid, the contract shall be considered canceled.
3.4. The remainder of the full balance must be paid to sardasolemare at arrival upon receiving the apartment's key.

4. Identity document

At beginning of each stay you must present a valid passport or identity document.

5. Customer Cancellation

The customer may cancel the contract at any time before the beginning of the holiday; in this case the advance payment (Deposit) is not refundable.

6. Further obligations of the customer

6.1. To keep the apartment and all furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in the Property and in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday.
6.2. The customer needs to report as soon as possible any breakages or damages caused during the holiday and to reimburse the cost of replacement.
6.3. The customer is obliged to comply with local regulations, in particular the separation of waste.

7. Responsibilities of the customer

7.1. The number of people occupying the Property must not be above the number stated on the booking confirmation. If it does sardasolemare needs to be notified immediately.
7.2. That the apartment will be used solely for the purpose of a holiday by the Customer(s).
7.3. If the Customer(s) abuses the apartment or displays dangerous, offensive or rude behavior to the Owners or any third parties, sardasolemare have the right to ask the Customer(s) to leave the accommodation before the end of the holiday. If this happens sardasolemare shall treat the holiday as being cancelled by the Customer(s) and the Customer(s) shall have no claim against sardasolemare for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.

8. Pets will be taken only upon prior authorization by sardasolemare.

9. Check in and checkout Times:

Access on the arrival day is after 12.00 p.m. and to vacate the Property by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
